The Fruit and Root Analysis ™

The Fruit and Root AnalysisTM was born out of the work done in partnership with Jobs for the Future and their Building Equitable Pathways Project. Through Clair's work with the communities in the project, the analogy of the Fruit and Root was used to help practitioners understand the depth of work required to apply a racial equity and inclusion lens to the programmatic and collective work.
