Our Team +

The Founder & Principal Consultant, Clair Minson, has been providing workshop facilitation and training for ten years, counseling services to individuals for over seven years and consultative thought partnership and technical assistance focusing specifically on the intersection of race and racism in workforce development since 2017.

What We Believe +

We believe that people are the authority in their own lives and at their core they know what want to do, our job is to create the space, provide the tools and empower individuals and communities to lead a transformative life for themselves and the world around them.

The Model +

When working with individuals we use a person-centered approach which recognizes the shared humanity of all people. When working with organizations, we address both the organizational needs as well as the emotional needs of the people within the organization. When working with communities we help system leaders and community members connect the dots between their individual roles, their organization’s role, the roles of their community, and the systemic roles that work together to perpetuate inequity. Through these respective processes, we help individuals, organizations and communities identify the changes and action steps needed to lead a transformative life for themselves and the world around them.

How It Works +

All services are customized to meet the specific needs of the individual, organization or community seeking support. Prior to providing services, we conduct an initial intake with all prospective clients to help us better understand what these needs are and asses the level of transformative readiness the client possesses.

Romans 12:2

Clair's vision, leadership, and project management skills are second to none. Notably, Clair's ability to blend the conceptual and theoretical with the practical and measurable was critical to the success of our project. I also gained a long-term partner on issues of racial equity and justice in Clair for which I am personally grateful.

Elizabeth Kennedy Professor, Loyola University

Clair is a well-informed expert in workforce strategy and continues to help us engage our network of changemakers by giving them the necessary tools and the skills to utilize those tools to create sustainable change in their workplace culture. The workshops Clair offers are exactly what we need to keep the momentum going.

Donnaya Vassell Fellowship Manager, Baltimore Corp

Clair starts from an understanding that racial equity requires systems and that those systems are made up of people. She uses her facilitation and counseling skills to guide diverse groups of people through conversations about race, equity, systems, powers, data, etc. in a productive way. We are so impressed!

Carrie Felton Project Manager for the National Center on Employment & Homelessness, Heartland Alliance

Clair Minson is incredibly effective in her work with workforce development professionals and organizations, government entities and national stakeholders and partners. She deeply understands how racial equity and inclusion undergirds every part of the workforce development ecosystem, and then how to guide individuals and organizations to boldly think, act and deliver services in the way they must to achieve equity!
