Jerrica Hardy is the Director of Program Management at Sandra Grace® LLC, where she leads project coordination, operational planning, and program implementation for initiatives focused on racial equity, workforce development, organizational learning, and systems change. With a strong background in program management, nonprofit operations, healthcare administration, and executive support, Jerrica brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to helping organizations achieve their goals.

Known for her ability to bring structure to complex projects, Jerrica excels at managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple initiatives. She is passionate about creating systems that support both organizational effectiveness and meaningful impact.

Throughout her career, Jerrica has worked across healthcare, nonprofit, and consulting environments, developing expertise in project management, communications, event coordination, client engagement, and operational leadership. She is committed to helping mission-driven organizations navigate challenges, strengthen partnerships, and move their work forward with clarity and purpose.

Jerrica resides in Texas with her husband and three children. She is currently pursuing her nursing education while continuing to expand her expertise in leadership, program management, and community impact. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
