Our Founder & Principal Consultant, Clair Minson, founded Sandra Grace Consulting LLC in 2020 to fulfill her vision of developing workforce ecosystems around equitable and actively anti-racist policies. The Sandra Grace team is committed to helping our clients at the intersection of talent development and racial equity. We believe that adopting a racial equity framework and practice is an approach to the world that involves many components including

  • Recognizing the role of historical and current conditions that create and maintain systemic inequities

  • Shifting the way you see and understand the underlying causes of inequity

  • Adopting a “Fruit and Root Analysis™” to examine root causes and their manifestations

  • Making the implicit explicit, moving from an implied practice of racial equity to an explicit application of racial equty
